    [CQ] Lines on Savin 7025 on 2 units!

    [Lines]

    Allright, i have 2 units out in the field currently with lines only on copies.... printing is fine i get absolutely no lines...

    Ive cleaned everything i can possibly think of mirrors / glass etc etc, also the one behind the drum unit i cleaned and the line is still there...

    It is stationary and always in the same spot ive tried matching it up with various parts of the unit with no avail, i dont even know what to replace at this point, would definitely appreciate an assist!

      Is it the same from the glass and the doc feeder? Have you cleaned off the lens? Is it a blurry line or a well defined line? Scans of the image would help too.
      the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

          i haven't cleaned the lens yet actually it didnt occur to me, must of had tunnel vision

          but it is well defined and the same exact line from doc to glass

          just seemed odd cause it happened to 2 machines within 2 weeks of each other and im just scratching my head

              Also don't forget the white sheet, reflector and the lamp itself.
