    MPC 6000

Has anyone had a MPC 6000 showing the jam path of the entire machine on the screen with no specific location of jam. It also gives a code 001. The firmware has been updated, the paper feed units have been swapped, the paper feed board and VBCU board has been replaced. I did notice that the selonoid for tray # 2 does not come on in output test mode and the AC power board has been replaced also. The fuser has been replaced and the harness for all paper feed units disconnected and the jam does not go away. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks

001 is power on jam, so you likely need to find out where the last paper jam occurred and check that location. Check the jam history and start with that location. (I hate the exit/post fuser sections on these with a passion. I'd start checking there.) Lastly, you can go into sp5803 and check the input values against what they should be at machine ready. Eventually you'll find one that doesn't jive and you can take it from there.
the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.
Michael Bolton: You and me both, man. That thing is lucky I'm not armed.

Just a Shot in the Dark: I have seen this Behaviour on Ricoh Boxes with faulty Door Switches...give it a try and check them.

What hermann stated is correct. There is a bank of 6 microswitches for the front door that are actuated by a plate across them, possible that either 1 has its actuator popped out of position or simply not making full contact when depressed or the internal contacts on one (or two) may be burnt.
