Hello. I know your friends apinion a problem I have with a machine ricoh 1075 this very back often jammed in the fuser and duplex sheet and left between those two modules ..

Print of SMC report 5990 - 004 logging data and locate the cause. Ensure paper feed tyres are in good condition feed and sep especially, Clean all paper feed units x 3 fully clean the registration sensor beneath the development unit. Thoroughly clean the duplex sensors and rollers, then the transfer unit. Finaly clean the fusing section fully and ensure the bearings are rotating freely and the H/R and P/R are in good condition. Next ensure that the paper delivery path is clean and the waste toner bottle is emptied

Another thing to do with this machine would be to replace the duplex clutches.....
