    On what model of machine?!?!
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

You replaced the pressure roller? Does this happen on double or single sided? First copy of the day or all the time? Checked the sticky pads in the interchange? Exit sensor? Duplex entrance sensor?

Pull the scanner off the machine and remove the exit section. (2 scews, I think, and a couple of connectors). The solenoids have cushions on them to reduce noise. These cushions get hot and the adhesive melts causing the solenoids to stick.

Got to agree with Mikadonovan: sounds like a good old case of morning sickness. Pry off the scanner and manually move the exit gates. You'll feel them stick.

guys, i pulled out the unit and bought it to our shop, i had removed the scanner and copied and found that the jammed paper is upon reaching the exit sensor and the solenoids are fine they don't stick, the paper stops upon reaching the exit sensor and i replaced the exit sensor but to no avail. guys do you have any ideas on where or what is the problem of this machine? is there a wiring diagram available for this machine Ricoh aficio 2035? maybe the point to point wiring diagram would help me solve this problem.

Jam 14 means the paper was late on the fuser exit sensor not the machine exit sensor.
Maybe you are looking at the wrong sensor.

This may sound silly, but try changing the transfer belt and blade. I had a 2035 with a very old blade / belt which was causing drag on the drive system.
