[Error Code] SC515 occurs sometimes

Hi Sir,
aficio model ricoh,
Sometimes SC515 (Tandem rear fence motor error) is displayed.
The symptom was not reproducible on a visit.
The transport motor and all of the sensors were replaced, but the symptom reoccurs.?

This is usually caused by the customer not loading the paper correctly. Either that or the locating lugs on the rear fence are broken and it's flapping about.

Check the black gear ab033084 that drives belt. Ive seen the center of gear split causing it to slip under load

Loosen one of the stabilizing screws of the back fence on the right tray,
and re-affix while lifting up the back fence.
Reassemble the back fence so that there is a gap
with the bottom of the right tray.

or replace the gear. The plastic half moon shaped inner to the gear strips and wont move the fence... ALSO the right hand side tandem tray rear most guide becomes bent inward (bent or slightly bowed toward the rear of machine) and causes tray issues. You can lightly bend the guide inward or toward you.
