[Dead] Aficio cl7300 code sc545

Code sc 545 on my aficio cl 7300,it is suppose to be a thermistor prob.
I test the thermistors and thermoswitchs and everything seems to be ok, i also reset the code,
but the code sc 545 comes back everytime.

Have you replaced the thermistors? How many clicks are on the fuser, do the other rollers look good? The sponge rollers in these models tend to start falling apart after awhile by separating from the shaft so often they visually look okay, but still need to be replaced. Also be sure to check your wall voltage and make sure you're not getting spikes or low output. Finally, be sure to check the BICU connections.

I just reset the code in sim 5-8 ,and it fix the prob. ,now the machine keeps on asking for toner (yellow) even if there is a new one in and there is a toner spill inside the machine ,i'm not use to work with these machines (ricoh),can it be related to the electrical power?,there is another copier (mpc2500) plugged in.

Due to the age of this printer you probably have a slipping clutch on the yellow toner pump. Sorry to tell you that changing the toner pump is not an easy job. You have to remove the entire drive assembly to unplug the electrical connector.
