      The whole drive unit does come out and it comes out as an assembly. Remove the surrounding screws and it will wiggle out. Replacing the clutches is time consuming and you need to replace all as a set.

        No easy fix, replacing these clutches is a bitch...

          You will find a bulletin on this matter, that clearly shows how to do this.
          I strongly recomend you to get help and lift the machine on to a table :-) that would make it easier.

              Went back today, it was showing a jam customer couldn't clear, all it was is a torn jam just under the reg roller. Phew! I didnt fancy replacing that clutch!!!

                did you change D0391166 2 pcs and D1051164 you have to replace them.
                But could also be that cassett are worn put a schrewdriver in the gap between casett 1 & 2 and se if there are any change in function

                  No, after I removed the jam I ran 100 duplex prints without any issues, I was satisfied it doesn't need the clutches, also it does have a low total count, 90k
