[CQ] one line appeared with intermitten point in A4 SFE (2035)

The copy quality of my 2035 machine is bad.which arePossible causes of this line appearing in copies due to which part(s)?
this line sometimes disapeared and sometimes more storngly than others


I think the the problem is due to one of strippers on the fuser unit
Below is a copy of my scanned image.
which are your proposed solution for me and other users?

Looks more like drum arcing. Pull the drum and see if marks are there.

Also check the hot roller surface for any scratches or marks caused by the toner adhered on its surface.

i cleaned Holder - Pick-off Pawls and spurs and near the holder ID sensor the with wet cloth
and after that this problem is created

no marks on the Drum existed and this part(drum) after copying and opening right door is seen cleanly and without any spot

please guide me troubleshooting this CQ problem

how clean the toners on the hot roller
yes this occured but not in the center of it but also occured in left side of it only
please guide me about removing scratch and patching hot roller rather than replacing with new one

You can use cardboard or any thick paper, and scrub the hot roller surface carefully.

When you remove the lower fusing frame, you can find a cleaning roller which cleans the pressure roller.Clean it properly.

the distance between points on the line is fixed (4.5 cm) i change the stripper but my problem was not solved
hot roller is new and recently was replaced


i measured the distance between this line appeared on the coies(LEF) and margin of paper that is 10 cm for LEF from margin that close to front door
this point and 10 cm distance from front is exactly same as positon first spur and pick-off pawl
I clean these two part and my problem was lowered
please guide me about one solution that fully eliminate this line and points
perhaps i should replace them(two above or either only one of them)

spur with part number B004 2310 and pick-off pawl with part number AD02 5021 is displayed below
in PM you must replace pick-off pawls(both) after 150k
the following is possible cause of my problem
1. Remove the drum
2. Pawl assembly [A]

i saw the dirty similar to one appeared on the copies on front 10 cm on Registration Roller perhaps in this distance route of paper exist toner dirty please guide me cleaning the entire of this route
POssible cause:
1- uncleanness of bush of Charge roller
2- Uncleanness of ID sensor
3- Uncleanness of Registration Roller
4- uncleanness of etc

i saw this dirty on the registration roller and after cleaning with alcohol and cotton
the problem and line appearing on the copies and print was eliminated
thanks for all users that participate in resolving this problems
i am very happy because i donot make any mistake during this troubleshooting despite previous mistakes
i decided to design most problems that i will encounter in future in Autocad environment to increase quality of Question and resolving problems
thanks for other user that consumes valuable times to help others

Try to copy from adf or print from computer and see the lines appears, mostly is the dirty optic mirror.
