You're late to the party, he already solved the problem thanks to copyaction. You're answer is correct though, so you get the 2nd place trophy 
drive gear sometimes cannot drive the fusing unit ,increase the copper tension plate against the fuser unit fuser located near drive gear,tension will be good if when u unscrew the fuser unit, u shd be able to feel the fuser unit bounching out of the machine body, good luck
