finisher jam 111 for mp7500

My machine is MP7500 , I have a finisher jam , It happens continually sometimes after 20 copies and sometimes after 300 , it is same as attached pic's
The jam code is 111 finisher

When the status of the shift roller HP sensor does not change at the precise time

I've seen this a few times (sometimes with J113), you need to replace the shift motor and sensor.

I remember a while back one of the Ricoh guys came to do some updated training and If i remember right he mentioned on this finisher they have a issue with the shift motor not shifting causing this jam, I believe the fix was actually something to do with loosening the bracket on that shift motor a tad bit, i know if cleared these jams just by moving the roller shaft back and forth a few times and oiling the bushings a bit seemed to go away after that. I have yet to actually replace the shift motor on one yet.

My Ricoh Aficio MP 7500 has the same problem.It is same as attached pic's ,but the jam code is 131.


Fix it method:


1.Check a plastic bearing on the roller of the upper paper exit.


2.If the bearing was damaged serious then replace a new bearing and it will be to work normal already !(metal bearing best)


3. If you have the same problem, you can try and fix it !
