    [Jamming] AFICIO DSM622 with DF75

It is an AFICIO DSM622 with constant jamming in DF.Scenario is :
When operator add double sided papers in DF and choose the 2nd option 2/2 and press the print/copy button. The DF throws the paper in the lower bin and there comes a n original jam in DF and a blank page comes out in exit tray.agin the operator removes jam and add the originals in DF and machine strts copying both sides but the 1st page on both sides but 2nd page is missing.
I am afraid that there must be an option which is wrongly selected by the operator.Any help please.

The registration or exit sensors will be dirty. Strip it down and clean the sensors / patches and it'll be sorted.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

The reverse gate may be sticking in the up position. Take the back off and find the end of the reverse gate. There is a rubber cushion that has to be cleaned. The solenoid cant pull the gate down to the reverse position if the gate is stuck to the frame.

Agreed. I usually just remove the pad/cushion all together, but it's easy enough to do without removing any covers

Agreed with everyone about gate being stuck, have seen this many times. Generally what I do is put a small dag of grease on the cushion, the problem never comes back.
