    MPC4000 Strange jamming..

The machine keeps jamming either at exit, before fusing unit or sometimes at registration area. Sensors are all ok by checking through SP mode. I replaced Paper Feed Unit, Transfer Belt; Fusing Unit and IO Board. Almost one month now but I'm run out of idea what to do. Anyone has experience same what I have? Please help. Thank you.

What are the jam codes listed in the SMC report?

Does it have a finisher and bridge unit installed?

Thanks for the reply. The machine doesn't have finisher and bridge unit.

All I can think of off hand is have you tried adjusting the fuser entrance guide plate to its widest position?

Some of those models did have faulty exit sensors at the fuser, usually give off a no paper A-B-C indication even when paper is in the machine. Otherwise the only other jam issues i get are from bad feed rollers, or bridge units and Sometimes ADF issues from paper dust.
