I am using rpcs driver for windows so they know who is printing and how many copies they made. Now they have two Mac computers and want to do same thing. Where do you put in user code in driver for Mac.

first you need the PS option to print from mac. It all depends what application you print from mac its usually n the printer features menu on the mac. Good luck mac print menus are not to gui friendly. -

They have ps already and they print to it in black and white. Color is what they are keeping accounting of to put in code do you know if it is in general 1,2,3

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
