    MPC 3500 FAX

When I log into the WIM and check the address book fax destinations, there is no "9" before the number. When I look at the machine op panel fax destinations, there IS a "9" before the number. I want to get rid of the "9". Is it a bit switch setting? I am having trouble finding it, and I would rather not have to reprogram a million fax numbers if I don't have to.

I think it is a user function to set for PBX systems to dial a 9 for outside line.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

Thanks for the replies, changes to that sp didn't work for me. I bucked up and just dropped the 9 from the address book entries at the machine panel. Once I got into the rhythm it moved right along. Took me less than an hour.
