    Hi there,

I'm not sure if this would help but I did experience the similar problem when i was on mpc6501. I did tackle the pcu side but to no avail. Until i did a thorough service on the whole machine and I found there were plenty toner spill on the ITB side. Did a complete clean up that area too and problem
solved. Anyway, hope this will help.

With that sort of colour volume you will have needed to replace those PCU's many times, the cyan always seems to go first - shortly followed by the others. Looks to me like the blades are starting to let go - but I only replace the entire units on these machines as the PCU's are flakey at the best of times.

                Thanks for all the suggestions.

Stripped the belt and cleaned today and its working all ok, the units have only done about 40k, ive got some spare blades and charge so ill replace those in the next few days. customer is happy for now well until it starts leaking toner again.

                Thanks again
