Strip out exit again, clean all shaft bushings and lub.

would do if i was a lazy engineer should ALWAYS do that anyway when taking out a shaft or replacing one.

mpc3500 colour 1.1m b 600k so no spring chicken!
bridge unit and finisher

oem toner
all items well within pm life

customer hasnt complained about it but i noticed it when i replaced a drum when checking the machine over.

3 power on jams - not concerned
25 in fuser exit - replaced all exit rollers about a month ago.

any ideas?
