Thank you for your help but what do you mean by " Cold reset"?

What else did you do with fuser? look for trap wire, bad Thermistor, Open Thermofuse or make sure Fuser is properly seated and connected to female connector in the rear,

          good luck!

i replaced it by a fuser from another MP9000. Do i have to replace the web entirely from the one replaced?

First, disconnect the HDD to check whether "Please Wait" still appears. If same problem, try to clean the drum potential sensor. That is my basic idea.

Put the original fuser back in the machine and see what changes.

align the web padre or check the whole fusing unit.

I've had this one before on another model (mp5500 I think), you've told the machine there's a brand new web but in fact you've taken one from another machine which has probably used up some of the web already. the reading back from the arm sensor which sits on the web doesn't match what the machine expects and it throws the machine into a loop.
The old fusing web might not sort this out as the values are all over the place.

You need to put in a brand new web and the zero value you've entered will match the reading from the sensor. hope this helps
