ricoh c3245 not tone up in k

I have replace the blk toner motor , new toner, vaced out the lines,the motor is turning and when i disconnect the hose at the toner supply, toner goes all over when it pumps,?
could the dv cause this? the copies were dense, and its not at the pm end.
the client replace the toner with another toner both were new and they are the right toners fo this machine.
its not coding out either.....
any help on this would be greatfull cuz if you know this machine its a bitch to change the tmotor... yuk...

Of course Dev (and/or drum) could be the cause of washed out copies and no SC - that's always been the case with any machine.
Also, You say the dev is not at `PM`but are you sure it was previously replaced with a new unit and reset at that time??

The dev units are a problem with this machine when it gets on a bit, but the ITB can cause a lot of image problems, have you checked the belt for damage etc and the dev units

If it were the toner pump, the toner tubes are usually empty. I have seen a dev unit packed solid with toner, so that no more toner could fit but the machine still kept trying to add. I would check the dev unit to see if it is packed solid. If so, replace the dev unit and clean the ID sensors. Make sure the ID sensors can see the silver roller through the transfer belt.
