    2035 print image density problem

The long edge of the text printed is not is not seeing verry well, symptom like a dirty laser but it isn't.
I saw on developer roller at the back there is not enough developer on roller, i changed the develeper unit with a good one and after 50 prints the problem is back.
If anyone can give me a clue will be great.

Is the known good dev on the roller. You may have a bad power supply. Did you change just dv unit or entire unit?

Maybe the machine is not level and tilt to one side or the developer inside the tank is less than 500gms, hope this may help.

ID Sensor, if it's not getting a good reading off the drum ,it will give you density problems...

Any SC codes in the back ground like SC350......

Do you have a scan of the image you could attach?

Have you also looked at the transfer roller and paper?

Did somebody leave the plastic cap in the toner supply entrance hole on the PCU?

Yep I've done it myself too once or twice in the past

Clean out the DV unit and clean the MAG roller.
Set the Doctor blade gap to a tight .35 MM.
Put in new developer and run the TD initialization and developer initialization.

Open the right cover and cheat the door.
Run a skyshot and stop the machine as you see the drum covered with toner.
If it is still light, check drum unit and charge erase lamps.

On these machines I always replace the drum, blade and DV at the same time.
More money in parts, but the machine runs cleaner and I rarely have a CQ problem.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

U won't believe, the problem solved over night so far is working with no problems.

Things wich didn't solved the problem:
                          1. poly motor / mirorrs was cleaned
                          2. drum was changed
                          3. dev roler was cleaned / changed with entire dev unit
                          4. power supply was changed
                          5. no sc 3x.
                          6. the copier was standing straight.
