    [CQ] C9025 Magenta Streaks

    I have a weird problem with magenta streaks. I have replaced the magenta drum, transfer roller, transfer belt and transfer cleaning unit. After making color copies the transfer roller is covered with magenta, but If I make some duplex B&W copies it goes away and then I can make color copies without streaks for awhile then it comes back. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Is there a contact that could be out of position?

      sounds like magenta PCR contact not making good contact with PCR

          Did you replace the dev unit with the drum?
