Howdy all...
Thought I would ping some brains here on this...
This is a new machine with about 5 pages on it and I am getting a SC543 High Temperature Detection Error
I have 120 at continuity 120v at the Fuser when testing with the sides open. Pulled the fuser and check the thermistor which looks fine. Connectors and harness look fine.
Manual says I have a Defective I/O control (EGB) and I need to replace the EGB. Somehow I dont think this is correct. Why would it print 5 pages one place then move to a new location then throw the SC543?
Any ideas?
