Ricoh MPC4500 light cyan spots on document

    Ricoh MPC4500 light cyan spots on document

    Can anyone help me with a ricoh MPC4500? it's dropping light blue spots on the documents, i cant seem to find the cause of this problem.
    Thanks any help will be much appreciated

    So you're saying that you've checked the Drum, Dev, and transfer cleaning units (for starters), and they aren't the cause?

      you need to provide more info like what you checked, replaced/switched and your observations and post a sample would help.
      Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please.

        I agree with all above, but most likely either dv or your charge roller on the drum unit is dirty. I clean them all the time and they work fine again, just plain water.

          I guess after a week it wasn't that big of a problem though I wish they would update the post. must be an end user.
