Hello everyone, i would like to know the reference of the lever in optionnal 500 sheets (under the printer) Because the lever is broken and very thin piece.
i am reseller but not distributor . The lever is against the rollers up in exit sheet .
I expect my english is correct

yes, the paper quit the feeder roller and start to go up and at this place i have a little "fork" witch is clipped and when the paper enter in contact with it the thin lever is broken by user... If you have an illustration i can show you the right i think is not the paper end sensor but the following. And i can say is not the sensor but the fork witch is broken

I'm not sure because i don't know if tray unit 3 is the same that unit 2 (the tray under the tray of machine herself)

I'm sorry but for me it is not possible to pay for repair a machine ! I'm new with Ricoh and sold 60 machines spf201. If i have correctly understood i have not the right to have the part's because i'm reseller, but i have the right to sold machines... I expect i am not agressive in my post it is not my intention
