Pull open all the trays, disconnect all options and try again. You might have a chafing harness on the LCT.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

Tried turning on with main door, all trays, duplex unit, fuser/exit unit open, df and finisher unplugged and still throwing up error.

In what order did you replace each part?

I replaced the prism motor and Ipu as a pair. Machine still threw up error. And then I replaced the bcu, IO board, operation panel, mirror motor and Ipu again all together at once still threw up the error code

You should really replace the Polygonnal motor and the BICU at the same time, doing them in sequence will blow the board again in a lot of cases.

So I should have dug a little deeper to start with,
                        But thanks all the same!
