Wow, you're really on shitbox here aren't you! Right. What have you actually done to the machine so far, not including the developers being replaced?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

i replaced the drums, blds, brushes, in all drums, also.
i just got back from client
        1) all the image density check's were at 4? when i left the machine after all the procedures they were at 1.
i ran id init again(3801) on all colors one at a time after toning the machine back up, all are on 1 again.
what is exactly 2805? again this machine does not have 2805 i have 2806, it on -32ua this is default.
could the itb be the cause of the fading? is there a voltage or density adj for this?
        thanks

Check SP 3301 1-4 is set to one. I had a 6501 that was set to 0 on black only and black would crap out after a week or so.
