any help with this problem change the transfer cleaning blade and give me this sample of copy look the Attachments:

If you get this problem after you changed the cleaning blade, then maybe the blade is not in the correct position. Replace the whole cleaning unit. Then the brush roller is also new.

Looks like the BLK PCU to me.
