I have a customer with a 2022 which when it get to ready either from cold or energy save will give an offset image for about 3-7 copies it will then be fine and work properly. So far I have replaced the fuser unit complete also the BICU PCB, Controller and PSU. All the SP codes are at Default and the firmware is up to date. Has anyone had this problem? regards Phil

Hi, only ever use OEM also original toner, I will go back to the customer tomorrow and try adjusting the springs, the temp has been tried higher with little effect. Thanks for your help I will let you know how I get on. regards PhilComment

Haven't you already replaced the fuser with a brand new original one so you shouldn't really have a problem there?
Sorry to ask but have you re-checked the really basic stuff like media, paper tray setting,paper type etc I think there is a little arm on the cassette dial for different media setting.Also a green lever on the fuser for envelopes should be up if I recall.
I hope I don't offend your knowledge but it just sounds like the call has kinda spiralled out of control and the answer is something more basic.
