Ricoh 2075, SC345

This code will come up after making a copy. The copy is fine but throws code every time. If you turn machine off and back on it will allow you to make a copy but throws code again. I don't have the manual for this exact model but looking at other ricoh manuals is has to do with a toner lock up or developer?
Anyone know what this means and how to correct it.

Never dealt with it but, SM says this:

GG suggests these causes:

SC 345	developement output abnormal, check for damaged harness by flywheel
SC 345	Development Bias output abnormal - Tighten Drum shaft screw

Possible causes: Development power pack defective, Development bias leak due to poor connection or defective connector.

Clean your earth out on the dev unit, I think there are 3 on the rear of the dev unit. Also check in the cavity where they connect to, there may be debris in them

flywheel screw loose or defective bias power pack is usually the fix
