    [Electrical] MP C4502 Energy Save mode

    When in energy save mode this machine will sit quietly for around 2 minutes, then you will hear a relay energizing a circuit. Is this the fuser staying warm or is there something else being energized?

      Some machines will cycle the fuser motor every few minutes to keep the same spot on the pressure roller from staying in contact with the fusing belt.
