I cahnge all Unit take from working machine and put it same problem, and you think gear box to developer unit? i dont think on that but i will check

Does the machine cycle to try to load the new toner? Or does it just sit there and say "Empty" (or whatever the message is)?

Yes machine cicle around 5 min and nothing

As i can see now the toner pump dont strat at all. Next i think to check pump power supply, or gears on back on the machine but idont know how to check power suplay how many volts shoud be? If any one knows

Check the pump wasn't unplugged at the back of the machine I've done it once myself when fitting the tube I unplugged the pumps harness behine the socket where it plugs in.

Clean out the little unit that sits between the toner cartridge and the pipe to the toner pump.

understand that I was desperate when I had try everything else, so then i cleared nvram... after that the toner worked... reload the old saved nvram-data and the machine was broked again... so for me it worked even if it was stanged...

Did you print the SP mode data both after clearing the NVram and after reloading the old saved NVram data? If you did, you could compare the two and see which of the ones that are different could cause the problem.

When clearing NVram, the TD sensor setting is gone and can't measure the toner level and the machine look like it's working, right?

Did you print the SP mode data both after clearing the NVram and after reloading the old saved NVram data? If you did, you could compare the two and see which of the ones that are different could cause the problem.

You wouldn't be able to print the data before clearing the NVRAM if the machine was in an add toner state

This was 3 years ago, I did not compare them but like you said, it would be intrested to see. I think the machine broke because the coustomer tried add toner aboute 10 times before called ricoh
