Clear/stop, 107, Press & Hold Start, you must hold each button down until you hear a beep

      Hi,

Thanks for your reply reply! but this is the SP3510DN, not the model with the scanner etc (see pic below) so it doesn't have a keypad!?

You need to download Smart Organising monitor from Ricohs website. This allows you to reset SC codes on printers

Press the up and down arrow for more than 5 seconds and then press OK.

SERVICE PROGRAM MODE - ENTERING ENGINE MAINTENANCE MODE Section 5.1.2 of the service manual. Either you do not have a service manual or you did not look very close.

Why would I lie about not having the manual!?
My copy of the manual doesn't have section "5.1.2"

                  Re: SP3510 Service Mode

What you showed pictured is totally different from what I downloaded from Ricoh-USA tech support site. From the manual that I have: Turn the power off. While holding the <Stop/Start Key> and <Escape Key> at the same time, turn on the Main Power Switch to the “ON” position. This and what Eric posted are the two most common method for entering service for Ricoh printers that do not use the Smart Organizing Monitor utility that Moza mentioned.

Thank you. This way fixed problem. By the way there is no this method within a field service manual on SP3510DN.

It is shown in the latest manual available in the US date 5-24-2012.
