Just a quick question, can someone tell me how to access service mode on this model, I want to reset the fuser count etc, I have searched the service manual but knowhere does it say how to enter service mode!!!???? It simply says enter service mode then maintenance menu etc

Thanks for your reply reply! but this is the SP3510DN, not the model with the scanner etc (see pic below) so it doesn't have a keypad!?

You need to download Smart Organising monitor from Ricohs website. This allows you to reset SC codes on printers

What you showed pictured is totally different from what I downloaded from Ricoh-USA tech support site. From the manual that I have: Turn the power off. While holding the <Stop/Start Key> and <Escape Key> at the same time, turn on the Main Power Switch to the “ON” position. This and what Eric posted are the two most common method for entering service for Ricoh printers that do not use the Smart Organizing Monitor utility that Moza mentioned.Comment
