I have read a lot all manuals.
You are wrong thinking I am posting something which is in manual
on other thread you put a gif which I know by heart

Question is nor about "DEFAULT FILE TYPE"
Question is to get rid of TIFF as an option altogether


This is a request from company owner, If I tell him this is impossible by design I need to make sure I am no lying

So please tell me (you must be knowledgeable) is this technically possible to hide , remove disable get rid of TIFF option altogether

As far as Im aware ...no

Once its set as default there should be no need for the user to go in and change it.

As far as the RTFM comments my usual response is GFYS... if I have already read the manual. ;-)

My reply to someone asking a question that's in the manual is to give them the page number and name of the manual its in.

Set pdf in scanner mode and hit program button and program as default

pretty sure he knows how to set the default...
He is wanting to remove the TIFF option altogether as far as I'm aware its not possible... why would you anyway?
