I just asked that toner supply pump should be smooth when turn around it with my free hand?

Usually a new pump that has never had toner in it can be turned but has some resistance to turning. Once it has toner in it, it becomes much harder to turn. That is why they have a fairly good sized motor driving it.

By taking in mind that the machine is restart after a few copies (200 copies) then dislpay sc 495

Be sure and vacuum out the toner supply tube. It may be clogged.

I done as your advise but no result i also vacuumed toner hopper.

Had same problem...change toner supply pump ant thats it.Dont forget to do a Toner Bank Setup after replacing the pump
