as he already told you above, check that there are no leaks from the bushings of the developer unit, this causes the developer to infiltrate the one-way bearings, and invalidate their correct functioning, if you have seen the jam happen for yourself , you will hear an abnormal noise when picking up paper, like "nnhhhhh", since it says that only station 1 does it, it is an excellent idea to disassemble it and wash all the one-way bearings of the station with alcohol, a screwdriver with a rag, and compressed air. clean the optical sensors, and replace the feed roller kit, personally I consider them reliable for a work rate between 400k and 600k prints... while you're at it, it's just as good an idea to create a cardboard or a plastic cut out as an "umbrella " to be applied on the back of the station, if you want make better can you put a adesive magnetic strip on top, to catch the developer, and to avoid the developer from falling onto the bearings in the event of developer leaks....also clean the registration sensor with a vacuum cleaner by removing the metal cover (2 screws)

If its only jamming from tray 1 check this

      1) Take your developer and drum unit out. Now examine the developer unit for leaks from the bushes. (Just like Luca mentioned). Also check the frame of the machine below the developer unit, to see if any developer has leaked out. If it has leaked out then you need to fully clean the machine and replace the bushes on the developer unit.
      Also check your developer levels.
      2) Strip the right side of the machine and remove the feed stations inspect station number 1. If you see developer in and on it that will cause jamming. You'll need to strip that unit, clean it and hope for the best (that it works)
As a test, to see if the feed station is at fault with the jamming, you can swop Station 1 with station 3. Reassemble the machine and test. If it works, you found the fault.
      3) check the feed tires. Like some of the other techs have mentioned those tires don't last for the fully rated life. Generally I change them around 350k or when they are smooth. Keep an eye on the separation roller if it's even a bit smooth it can cause timing issues which leads to jams. Feed tires should have a good matt finish to them.
