Not to be confused with Network Support Normal Firmware B2215605L Dated 7/16/2010

    Both show as ver. 5.20
I can only be as sure as that is what I told the technician to install. Any way to verify?

The only way verify would to have the tech send you the file that he installed. The correct file size is 4274. The older file size is 4273.

Send him back out with the LRC0451 ONLY on the card. It is very easy to install both Net Support versions. One overwrites the other and then the LRC0451 does not get updated. Best way is to download the new one and only put it on the card. I have updated a tone of older machines and it works like a champ.

The LRC04051 will show as 5.20e.
          Still needs firmware updated

This is a good reminder to keep all of the machines in the field updated. Server 2003 is coming to end of life in July 2015, company's are moving to Server 2012, generating calls like this that could be taken care of proactively. It's just a thought, I'm not a fanatic about it but I try to keep it in mind.

I have that machine as primary DNS server (10.10.10.5).
I tried having username be "MyAdminName" and "DOMAIN\MyAdminName".
I've made sure the Password is correct.
I went to a computer that was NOT on the domain and put in the same path \\ServerName\Shares\EmployeeName\Scans and prompted me for a username and password. I supplied it and was able to read / write to that directory.
The last page of the Print List shows the following: #[smb client(256)] 15/01/14 09:27:12 SMBC: failed to write file (08212:0x2020001) ERR:
Is the above IP and DNS just a typo?
Your machine(MFD) fixed IP address cannot point to the same DNS address, they must be different.
              Example :
              MFD IP: 10.10.10.5
              DNS IP :10.10.10.1

slimslob originally said to use Custom Firmware B222_NCS_v5.20_LRC0355. That did not work.
Tech just installed Custom Firmware B2215605L_LRC0451 which worked!

                Thanks all!!!

I can't get firmware B2215605L_LRC0451 on My RICOH, and I'm not from USA, so I can't get it from TSRC.
Can somebody please, who have access to this firmware, attach it here.
                  Thank you.

As it is a custom firmware, it is not available for direct download from My Ricoh. You need to talk to a product specialist.

I am impressed of the high knowledge in this threat.
I whish i had this knowledge too, so understanding you guys and solve such problems.
There are schools here in my town for adults for IT, but it is a three year intensive course.
Perhaps anyone of you have a better proposition?
What i am in need of is the scanning matter: how does it work? Difference scan to mail of map...
Ricoh has such a course, but only in theory...
