There is a birth certificate under the front cover instruction, re enter this data manually.
I don't think you can copy nv data from another machine...

i do nvram data upload to sd card because i need to replace nvram

then i loose sd card and i do by mistake nvram data download from mpc3003 so now the device give me sc995-002

now i need any nvram data from the same device (mpc3503)

Looking at your previous posts you have quite some history of messing around with nv ram data and memory clears and other repeated and unusual errors. I cant help but think you are trying to "fix" problems with nv ram clears and swapping around nv ram data. Its just a minefield of disaster for you and your customers. I hope you get this sorted, but I suspect these machines are never the same after all this messing around. Playing with nv ram data and mem clears are always a last resort for me. And when I backup an nv ram I always copy it to my laptop and check its valid before doing a mem clear (and in nearly 30 years I can count on one hand how many times I have had to do this).

It is a rare thing to have to do. Usually it happens after a tech has already jacked up a machine.............

The only time we have ever had to replace as NVram one of other techs was getting an uncorrectable controller and went to remove and reseat the NVram only to find that one of the pins was broken off right at the body of the chip. Bad part was we lost all the counters. Good part is we had a non-default print from about a week before.

thanks sir i do this procedure

1- replace nvram
2- replaced bcu and i do mach the s.n
but now i have three place to change&read s.n
1- set
2-bcu
3-novita

now a \ s.n in (1 &2) ia mach but its difrent and not mach with 1&2 (how can Chang the s.n in novita )
