Ricoh Aficio 1075 SC 992

We have a Ricoh Aficio 992 with an SC 992 showing. The manual is not helpful at all, it basically says this is a non-code. Any ideas out there?
We'd sure appreciate any help! Before the 992, it was jamming consistently right about the registration roller.

have you checked sir if you have developer unit leakage? it may contaminate your paper feed units drive gear with developer that can cause jamming, if happen so cleaned and recondition your registration unit some SC 99* may relate to hard drive gears and motor... anyhow good luck Sir...

on these old units you gotta clean the machine cavity where the drum slides in..all connections and try swapping corona unit if you have cleaned it and chnged the grid n wire..clean drum shaft too
sounds like arcing might be your issue..
