Ricoh FW780 Wideboy PJ81

i have a problem with the above machine, the machine is coming up with the jam code PJ81 which means jam at the fuser exit sensor check lead edge.

the lead edge is just at the drum

i have cleaned both sensors b4 the drum and also checked the fuser exit sensor

machine has done 10k from new

Is it RJ 81?
PJ 81 is unknown code.
Never mind , replace :

AW02 0024 Photointerruptor in upper paper feed section (on the bottom of dev. unit).

whoops typo errer cough cough

must admit had that sensor out and cleaned it,
