    [CQ] MPC 5503 faint prints

I have 2x 5503's both are nearly new with low counts but one is printing lighter that the other & the customer has noticed this & wants a solution! All the drums etc are nearly new, i've run colour calibration that didn't help. It did have a new transfer belt unit recently, I reset the PM count, is there anything else I missed when replacing that?

What setting could I adjust in SP to slightly darken all colours?

Ricoh now recommends running ACC after all firmware updates.
