[Error Code] MPC 4503 while solid full colour auto re-starting add magenta sc 681-12

Dear All

MPC 4503 while printing solid full of colour duplex specially. While displaying functional error automatically re-starting with add toner magenta sign and sc registering sc 681-12.

1. Firmaware updated. 2. Cleaned all four toner chip I.d very properly.
3. Swap chip I.d magenta with yellow 4. Magenta toner replaced.
5. Magenta PCDU replaced.

problem remains same. Please updated with expert advice.

There is a firmware fix for this SC, I suggest you begin by updating the firmware.

If that does not fix it the rubber transport auger many have flipped out of the toner hopper.

Its a messy job but I have seen this a lot on this device

Make sure that the pins that touch the RFID chip of the toner bottle are not bent. I have encountered that kind of problem. I have found out that one of the pins is bent and it is not touching properly the RFID chip.

I had the same problem a week ago , because the RFID board. was defective

There is a new bulletin for this - a spring in another form in the function, that turns the toner bottles.

We have this issue before, it was intermittent error. We replaced the development unit, toner hopper, D1495174 - PCB:TCB, toner cartridge, springs(Tech Bul) and updated the firmwares
but the error still appears after some time. What we did is manually initialized the td sensor - SP 3030. Machine now ok. I cant see any RFID on the machine.

I did everything that was indicated, but only the manual initialization TD (SP3030) that solved the problem. Thanks for the solution!
