Did you run the appropriate service programs after belt replacement?

Lub powder on the belt could be a possibility.

Well it was giving the code with the old one and i put a brand new assembly not belt in. Do you need to run a program for the whole assembly?

There should have been a fuse with the new unit, you must install this on the new unit, that should take care of the code.

I've never seen a fuse on the transfer unit, could you elaborate?

It seems that u need to replace encoder sensor

The encoder sensor is on the itb assembly. I've rep the whole thing.

Sorry, I was thinking of the Fuser. Try Changing SP2920/001 to 1. Might have to reboot.

There's no Fuse on that either, And SP2920 doesn't exist on this model!
