    Need cross reference guide

Looking for a cross reference guide for Ricoh. I know there are printer versions of the copiers. I need the cross reference because on the printer version there is a list of replaceable units.

No, not what I was looking for. I have those. Specifically there are Printer versions of the copiers. Was hoping that someone had a list that cross referenced the printer version with the copier version. I appreciate the response.

Since the printer and copier have different product codes I can't reference them. The printer product have kits that you can replace that aren't listed on the copier PSG.

And for which you should specifically?
          Cheers

That information used to be in the student materials when you went to a Ricoh training class.

It's not complete, but very helpful:

                =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  Here's what I use:

Katun Corporation - World Wide Equivalency Lists

It doesn't cover the newest Ricoh models, but I'm pretty sure all the latest rebadged Ricohs use the same model numbers.

                    Re: Need cross reference guide

I use Precision Roller for cross reference information.
Their site even has a link for it.

If that doesn't work, I Google it.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

do you mean the cross reference for the PCU & fuser for MPC. We use the maintenance kits A & B from the SP8200 in all the MP4000 /5000 M/c not the (03)
