    SC325 with MPC305

Does anyone know this problem when starting up the device? The motor for the color stations does not rotate ... even without Dev-units.
    Thank You

I've changed a zillion Controllers on these, don't know if it can generate the error you describe.
Please start you post with brand, model, problem.

You really don't want to know LOL
It took significantly longer than it should have as I was only replacing the toner hoppers (ONLY!!!), but the very last screw dropped into the drive unit. After I rebuilt it I was getting the message to reset all PCU's, so this was day 2, I replaced the drive unit. I reckon I could do it in under 3 hours now.

This school were incredible, they moved the 2 PCs that usually sit on the table next to the copier to give me room, and kept me supplied with drinks, and a chocolate bar

A nice/understanding customer make this job easier, I've got a few of this 305's in tiny pre school offices, not even room to clear a jam, I dread having to strip one down at these locations!

I have got a fuser drive unit to replace as you may have seen, looking at your pictures it looks like it is still in your machine, I hope I don't have to strip it down that much do I!?

I've not done a fuser drive unit yet, I hope it's not too bad for you. The main issue with these is to have plenty of space and not be rushed for time, I don't panic on them now, done toner hoppers on 3 machines now
