    SCX-5935FN Clear counter?

I just replaced feed roller kit for tray 1, and I can't find where to clear the feed count.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you in advance...

    To enter Tech service Mode, press “ Menu + # + 1 + 9 + 3 + 4 + Menu” in sequence, and the LCD briefly
displays ‘Tech Mode’, the machine should be in service mode.

I'm not sure you can reset the pickup counter, only the page counter ?

Thanks, Mat, but this model doesn't have a menu button; I am able to get into service mode (pressing 1 2 3 at the same time), but I don't see
where I can clear an individual supply kit. When exiting service mode, it does ask if you want to reboot and/or reset counters, but it doesn't.
I don't want to initialise NVM, but if that is the way to go, I'm ready.

Diagnostics > Information > HFSI > Pick up Roller Life Page Counter > Reset > OK > Retard Roller Life Page Counter > Reset > OK > Home (to exit).

Pg 4-36 to 4-37 of the manual. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks BC, I will give that a try tomorrow.

Under HFSI, it only shows ADF roller or Pad reset; I did find the reset though in the admin mode > General tab > Supplies Management > Feed Roller Counter reset.
Maybe it's a firmware issue, I do have the latest installed.
I was not able to reference chapter 4 of the service manual (GSPN doesn't have that one).
As always, I do appreciate your help BC.
