      we have been having these errors for ages.

      Ended up replacing them with Konica Minolta as Samsung support with HP now is horrible

      Did you end up having any luck fixing this? I have one that even after replacing dev it seems happy but if i go to service mode it shows TCR in that dev to be 0%

          Updated the fw back in Jan not heard back since.

              So just firmware fixed issue or did u change part

                  No parts were replaced.

                  From memory I reset the dv unit also.
