CLX-9251 wont connect to network

Hi,

I have an issue with a clx9251, it wont connect to customers network I also tried with a laptop & crossover cable, no luck. I don't get any LEDs on the NIC card.

Any ideas where to start next?

I experienced the same problem. Did you solve it?

I updated the fw but no change. I discovered that changing network speed to the top option (I think it was half duplex) let me connect to the router and led starts blink but I cannot say this is a solution.

Turned out to be a bent pin on the LAN board so we replaced the controller.
