    [Misc] Samsung M4030 somehow the counter was reset

    I had a tech go and change the fuser and reset the fuser count, the reading from a few months ago was 430,000 impressions now it has 7 total????

    Any help is appreciated!

      sounds like he did an NVRAM clear and not fuser counter reset.

          Thanks for the response! Samsung rep thinks it's a firmware issue waiting to hear from Korea.
