    Samsung scx-6345n error

    I have a samsung scx-6345n with a system fault:0, file osal_psos.c, line 1435, task jmt51mt. If I get past the error not cleared just past then I get a no responce from mcb error.

    I'm just shooting from the hip here:

    As far as I can tell, the copier did not display this error on it's screen.

    This looks like some sort of print error that popped up on the screen of your PC (possibly a Mac?). If this is correct, I would start with standard network troubleshooting methods. Check the driver configuration, and that you are using the most current driver for the right model.

    The few times I've seen screen errors the IT staff got creative with the drivers (like using a HP LJ2200 driver to a Copystar color MFP: Why doesn't it print in color?). =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      well... it's true... the copier displays this error on it's screen.

      I have this truouble, in SCX6435N, but in service manual and service bulletins there isn't any reference about it.


      Any ideas?

        Sounds like a firmware issue, i'd reflash upto the latest version, don't forget about the patch (depends on where u start!) first so u don't toast the main board!
