    Samsung clx3170FN

    Hi,
everytime I try to print or copy something, the sheet is stuck in the fusing unit. However, when I open the upper cover then close it, the paper gets out. I tried to change rear sensors, but the paper is still stuck at 1/4 at the fusing unit exit.

    Thank you in advance,

    regards

It's the exit sensor. The old style sensor (with the white connector) does not hold up well to the fuser temperatures. It's not so easy to change on the CLX-3170, let's say 45 minutes with some practice. The printer version is a lot easier to work on (CLP-315). =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
